Brian Holder has over twenty (20) years of experience providing utility mapping services in accordance with American Society of Civil Engineers ASCE/UESI/CI 38-22 Standard Quality Levels A, B, C, and D. Services provided include utility test holes, utility designating/marking, mapping utilities, utility record research, and communication of utility data to concerned parties. Brian’s projects have included horizontal and vertical location of underground utilities, identification, and verification of underground utilities, ground-penetrating radar surveys, and investigation of related structures through various means to include video pipe inspections.

Stephen Carle has over ten (10) years of S.U.E, Surveying & Geophysical Experience including; Utility Mark-outs, Utility Mapping, Test Holes (using soft dig methods), Downhole Geophysics, Seismic Refraction, Marine Geophysics, Em31 & Em61 Surveys, Concrete GPR Surveys and Video pipe inspections (VPI).
